Who owns and runs this website, its advertising, the goods, the delivery and the payment — one company — and the other two names that appear anywhere on the site.

The seller and data controller

Everything here — the website itself, its advertising and Google Ads campaigns, the buying, selling, shipping, warranty and payment collection — is run by one company: WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED. Your contract is with it, your data is held by it, and it is the one to write to whatever the question.

Who else is named on this site

  • Vercel Inc., United States — our hosting provider and the registrar of our domain. It hosts this website and delivers its pages, as a processor under a data processing agreement.
  • Google Ireland Limited, Dublin — Google Ads, only after you accept advertising cookies. The advertising accounts the tag reports to are in the name of WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, which pays for them and answers for them.
  • The courier or postal operator in your country carries the parcel and collects the cash; we tell you which one on the confirmation call, or whenever you ask.

Authorities and complaints

Complaints go to hi@meymart.com first. If our answer does not settle it, an alternative dispute resolution body in your own country can take it up.

For personal data you may complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live or work. Where we are established, the authority is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong (pcpd.org.hk).

These terms are governed by the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without taking away the mandatory consumer protection of your own country — see the terms of sale.
